The water buffalo chews also are tested to ensure that they’re free from e.coli, salmonella, yeast and mold contamination.

In addition, our premium water buffalo products undergo an extra level of protection to prevent food-borne illnesses and ensure safety. The chew treats are irradiated according to protocols implemented by U.S. FDA standards. The FDA has evaluated this food processing technique for more than 30 years and has clearly demonstrated its safety. My dogs love buffalo bully sticks. I have Yorkies so I cut the 12 inch ones in half. Bully sticks are great for their teeth. With smaller dogs, they don’t chew as much to clean their teeth so I have to make sure I give them something that they love. I give them these and the porky puffs. My bull mastiff also loves these. I need to give her something she can’t eat as fast and something that will last her a few minutes. She also loves these. My dogs love, love love these!! Only problem is my husband feels they have to have one every night so in come the dogs and they stare at him until he goes in and gets them one, then off to their favorite spots to enjoy the bully sticks. They do smell a bit when they first start chewing them but guess that adds to the flavor and fun for the dogs and I figure it keeps them happy and helps clean their teeth and some stuff I eat doesnt smell that great either!
