How is an Autoship changed or cancelled?
Please note: Changes or cancellations must be made no later than one business day before an Autoship process date.

What happens if a process date falls on a weekend or holiday?
The order will process the business day before or after.
Autoship Courtesy Reminder Emails
We send courtesy reminder emails to those with valid email addresses on file. An email is sent seven days before an Autoship is scheduled to process. The email lists the product name(s) on your Autoship and your frequency. Because prices and tax rates can change between the reminder and your process date, final pricing, shipping and applicable sales tax are determined when your Autoship processes. Company Changes to Your Autoship
From time to time, we may make changes that affect your Autoship. These changes can be as a result of backorders, price or shipping changes, product size changes, etc. When we make a change to your order, we will attempt to notify you by email, and the change will be reflected in your Autoship Courtesy Reminder whenever possible. Since email is the primary method of communicating these changes, please keep your email address on file up-to-date so we can notify you of any changes to your Autoship.

How do I start an Autoship?
Select the Autoship option on any product page or in your cart, choose your frequency, and check out. Your Autoship is created automatically and processes on the schedule you chose.
How much do I save with Autoship?
Autoship pricing is discounted on every product we sell — not just the products on your Autoship. Exact savings vary by product. You can also cut your shipping costs by ordering twice as much, half as often.
Do I have to commit to anything?
No. There is no contract, no sign-up fee and no cancellation fee. You can change or cancel your Autoship at any time, up to one business day before your process date.
Can I add or remove products on an existing Autoship?
Yes. Log in to My Account and choose “Edit My Autoship” to add products, remove products, or change quantities — no later than one business day before your process date.
Can I have more than one Autoship?
Yes. You can set up separate Autoships with their own products, schedules and shipping addresses.
When is my payment method charged?
Your payment method on file is charged when your Autoship processes on its scheduled date. Final pricing, shipping and applicable sales tax are calculated at that time.
How do I skip a shipment?
Move your next process date forward in “Edit My Autoship” — or extend your frequency if you find product piling up. There is no penalty for skipping.
Will I be reminded before my Autoship processes?
Yes. We send a courtesy reminder email seven days before your Autoship is scheduled to process, listing the products on your Autoship and your frequency. Final pricing, shipping and applicable sales tax are determined when your Autoship processes.
