How Long Will It Take?
Most orders will ship by the next business day. The vast majority of our orders take three days or less in transit to destinations within the Continental United States.
Money-saving tip: if you are thinking about going on a monthly Autoship, you may want to double your order and go on a 60-day Autoship. For most of our customers this results in a substantial savings on shipping.
We Guarantee Our Products
We promise to deliver high-quality products, in good condition, to your door. If, for any reason, your purchase is not satisfactory, we will gladly replace it or refund your money (excluding delivery charges). Simply return your merchandise with the original paperwork and packaging within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Policy
Should a customer or active Field Representative not be satisfied with a product they purchased directly from Life's Abundance, they may return the product within 30 days for a replacement, exchange, or full refund of the purchase price (less shipping/handling). Products purchased by a customer directly from a Field Representative must be returned to the Field Representative. If products are to be returned upon termination of a distributorship, see Policies and Procedures, sections 6.3 and 6.4 for specific instructions.
Before returning products, please call Life's Abundance toll free at 877.387.4564, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time, to obtain a Return Authorization number and instructions on how to return the product or get a replacement. Return Authorization numbers expire within 14 days of issuance. Life's Abundance will not accept C.O.D. packages.
Orders returned to Life's Abundance due to refusal of delivery may be subject to a return fee of $10.00 per box.
